By accessing and using the Application Assistant System (AAS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
AAS provides AI-powered tools for job application assistance, including CV analysis, job description matching, interview preparation, cover letter generation, and company research. All AI-generated content should be reviewed by users for accuracy.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. AI-Generated Content
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it in job applications. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will result in successful applications.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload (CVs, job descriptions). AI-generated content based on your data is licensed to you for personal use. You may export or delete your data at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AAS to generate fraudulent or misleading application materials. The service is designed to help you present your genuine qualifications effectively, not to fabricate credentials.
8. Limitation of Liability
AAS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any outcomes related to your use of AI-generated content in job applications.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
